Herbal consultation

Comprehensive herbal consultation and customized holistic herbal protocol based on philosophy of Western Herbalism and Ayurveda; introduction to herbal allies that can assist in healing and rejuvenating the body, mind, and spirit.

At the initial intake session (usually lasting between 90 and 120 minutes) we’ll discuss, in-depth, your health issues and overall body system functions, based on your priorities and goals. Following the intake, within a week, you will receive a personal holistic protocol that will include: dietary and lifestyle suggestions, list of herbal remedies and supplements to empower you to work towards your healing goals. As part of my herbal services, I offer custom herbal formulations to support your healing process. It is important to have patience and diligence for the herbs to be most effective. Formulas often need to be altered over time as symptoms and conditions change.

Consultation includes one follow-up session, recommended within 2 months for monitoring the progress of healing and necessary adjustments.

Please note: I neither diagnose nor directly treat diseases; rather, I can make assessments of imbalances based on patterns and physiologic presentation, and support the healing of your body, mind and spirit. I carefully assess all interactions the herbs may have with pharmaceutical medications, and I can work with other health care practitioners if desired.

Herbal cleanse

The cleanse consists of three distinct alchemical segments – Separation, Purification, Recombining.

Each of the 3 segments occupies 45–60 minutes, the whole cleanse ceremony will last about 3–4 hours. The ceremony is performed in the steam house with a temperature above 120 degree heat. Different herbal based preparations are topically applied over the biggest organ – our skin, at each segment of the cleanse ceremony. That delivers a massive infusion of focused, custom formulated botanical energy in the synergy of hands-on energy of the guide.

Every brew of applied botanicals is custom-formulated: prepared for you and based on your physical and emotional body type, your elemental constitution, and set of your goals and intention for the cleanse ceremony (this is discovered through sent questionare). Botanical brews respectuflly prepared with the prayer and folowing the planetary days and hours to potentiate the brew with the quality of the ruling planet.

1st segment: Separation

We will begin with a cleansing and detoxifying herbal scrub that will help to cleanse the body from dead skin and flush out toxins from excreting channels and tissues. That is being done for activation and ignition of the inner fire to “digest” unprocessed emotional baggage – unmetabolized emotions, environmental toxins that get stuck within. This process is designed to cleanse the clotted channels and to burn away all that we are not. That will bring you closer to achieving “Purity of Soul” and prepare your body to receive botanical wisdom through the prepared herbal brew, applied at the 2nd segment.

2nd segment: Purification

The blend of herbs, thoughtfully selected and lovingly prepared over a few days, is topically applied over skin and through the cleansed chennals delivers the herbal energy and wisdom to its intended place. This process is designed to get you in touch with your own Healer, the Internal Physician, who has been taking care of you since the day you were conceived and will be in charge of your state of Health till your very last breath. At this part of the cleanse ceremony, Botanical intelligence is working with your internal healer and together they might guide you to the places in you that you are still not familiar with but need to look at in order to get closer to your True-Self. It might come through thought, idea, vision, revelation or direction.

3rd segment: Recombining

This segment is designed to seal and embody botanical energy with mind and spirit and allow the integration to take place. That is a very grounding and calming final part of the cleanse ceremony where during intuitive energy treatment your entire body is smothered with the Oil heavily infused with another set of select Botanicals.

Herbal steams

Herbal and vaginal steams are custom-formulated for the specific issue or intent. The flow of the session is flexible and designed to accomodate each person individually. A session usually lasts around 2 hours.

Vaginal steam (also called Chai-Yok or Bajos)

Women in many cultures have used vaginal steaming as a womb self-care practice since ancient times. Steaming practices have a history around the world and are mentioned in ancient medical texts. It was a part of indigenous practices passed down by midwives, medicine women, and different women in the community.

Vaginal steam is a warm herbal uterine steam bath that brings the heat to the pelvis and to the womb center (all-encompassing), increasing circulation and energy flow. It is soothing, warming, and relaxing. The moist heat opens up the pores of the tissues and the herbal infusion offers the medicinal benefits of the botanicals. It is a very gentle process as steam does not enter through the vagina itself, but rather the porous exterior tissues. The vaginal tissue is one of the most porous and absorbent of the entire female body. As a result, the steam is supportive for women's reproductive, urinary and digestive health. Womb steaming is helpful in restoring and healing the connection with the sacredness of the feminine body, the place of creativity, intimacy, and life passion. With the help of herbs this connection will allow us to charge the flow of our internal waters with vital energy, create harmony with our wombs, restore and balance our feminine cycle. And the whole experience of taking time to sit, rest, practice self-care will reduce stress and have other health benefits.

Trance-botanicals

A herbal hypnorherapy program designed for those who wish to deepen connection with plants and to learn from the plants directly. This offering includes:

1st segment

A 60-90 min consultation, during which we will be discovering your energetics and your elemental balance, using Ayurveda and Medical Astrology as reference. We will then choose the appropriate plant-teacher for you to work with to assist with desired intention.

Within a few days after the consultation you’ll receve an email with the suggested guidance on how to work with selected plant-teacher, as well as description of the special qualities and personality of this plant (optional) - in case you are willing to discover it by yourself.

2nd segment

A 60-90 min one-on-one guided hypnosis/meditation session: a journey to solidify connection with the plant you are working with.

We schedule 2nd segment on a different day from the 1st segment.
